In March 2021, The Hearing Aid Doctor completed more than 25 years of service, personalized to each client’s needs. Our mission and main focus have remained the same — making sure you have the best solution for your hearing difficulties and needs.

Mark Rother, BC-HIS (Nationally Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist), founded The Hearing Aid Doctor, Inc. in 1994. Before that, Mark spent 10 years working for three top hearing aid manufacturers, where he personally repaired over 100,000 hearing aids.

Jodi Rother, HIS (Hearing Instrument Specialist), joined the practice in 2000 after being certified and licensed by the MN Department of Health — Hearing Healthcare Division.

Together, Mark and Jodi have helped thousands of patients hear the speech of loved ones more clearly.

Hearing Aid Specialist

Doug is a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist who works out of the Lakeville office. He acquired the company from Mark and Jodi Rother in early 2025. He is dedicated to carrying on the company’s legacy of simply helping people hear better by offering the best products and providing exceptional care.

Jodi

HIS · Hearing Instrument Specialist

Jodi has been licensed by the State of MN for 26 years as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Jodi previously was part owner of The Hearing Aid Doctor, Inc., for over 31 years and supported the Stewartville & Lakeville offices. She provides hearing healthcare with a personal touch to ensure each patient is getting the best hearing results.

Ariana

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Ariana Sauve has been a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist for 6 years. She has an associate’s degree in Hearing Instrument Science and received hands-on training under the guidance of two audiologists which helped shape her approach to patient care.

Mark

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Mark Rother has been a MN Dept. of Health Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist since 1996. He also received National Board Certification in Hearing instrument Sciences in 2000. Mark is known for helping people make the right choice of aid & adjusting the instruments to have optimum effectiveness.
